Every plan gives you 24/7 roadside assistance for motorcycles across Australia in Metro; Regional & Rural locations. That covers emergency fuel delivery, battery help (jump starts and replacements) & towing for mechanical failures & flat tyres. Higher plans add extra benefits such as breakdown accommodation & car hire; motorcycle trailer coverage & personal illness.

We offer 3 core products & 3 multi vehicle products – all GST inclusive:

  • Standard: $59
  • Superior: $99, or $178 for 2 years
  • Premium: $149, or $249 for 2 years
  • 2 Bike Bundle Deal – $208.60
  • 3 Bike Bundle Deal – $312.90
  • Multi Drive Assist- $147
 

Standard includes 2 callouts a year. Superior and Premium include unlimited callouts, subject to fair use. Each breakdown is covered by one callout.

  • Standard: 25 km in Metro areas & 50 km in Regional  & Rural areas
  • Superior: 50 km in Metro areas & 100 km in Regional & Rural areas

  • Premium: Unlimited towing kms from your point of breakdown into one of the closest motorcycle repairers

    If a tow goes past your plan’s limit, you pay for the extra distance.

Sports bikes, electric motorcycles, scooters, vintage bikes, trikes and bikes with sidecars are all covered. Membership can be held in a personal or companies name.

Yes. Cover follows the motorcycle, not the rider, so anyone riding your registered bike can get help.

Cover starts 48 hours after your payment is received. Breakdowns during those first 48 hours aren’t covered.

  • Faults that existed before you joined
  • Putting the wrong fuel in

    You also pay for the fuel, replacement batteries and parts you’re supplied, plus any towing beyond your plan’s limit.

On Superior and Premium, if you break down more than 100 km from home and repairs take over 48 hours, you can claim:
 
Superior 

  • Car hire of up to $60 a day, for up to 3 days
  • Accommodation of up to $70 a night, for up to 3 nights
 
Premium
  • Car hire of up to $90 a day, for up to 3 days
  • Accommodation of up to $100 a night, for up to 3 nights
 
You need to send in invoices to claim & you are reimbursed within 7 days. Premium also adds a member personal illness benefit. 

Log in to your member account to:

  • Update your contact details
  • Add more motorcycles
  • Change your card for automatic renewal
  • Renew when your reminder email arrives

To change your bike’s details or cancel, open a support ticket from your account. Bike changes are updated within 24 hours. Memberships can’t be transferred to another person. Pro-rata refunds are only available if you haven’t used a callout.
